One of the many highlights of the recent Foundation Live events was the release and showing of our new documentary film “Unbeaten”.

This film comes from the vision and work of director, Steven C Barber, and our own Vice President of Worldwide Media, Greg Strom.

Unbeaten is a truly inspirational film about disabled athletes competing in the grueling “Sadler’s Alaska Challenge” and the 2008 Beijing Paralympics.

We received resounding support from our distributors regarding this film and here is some feedback from Rich and Bo Welt:

“Wow, Unbeaten was so moving for me on so many different levels.” Rich Welt

“Unbeaten was inspiring, absolutely inspiring.” Bo Welt

We have also received some great media coverage for Unbeaten. Steven C Barber was interviewed on the street at the Sundance Film Festival by CNN.

We also received a very positive review from movie critic Avi Offer, the NYC Movie Guru.

One of the individuals featured in Unbeaten is Veteran and 2008 Gold Medalist at the Beijing Paralympics, Oz Sanchez. We were very lucky to have Oz Sanchez join us at Foundation Live in San Francisco and the Gold Coast and seeing Oz in person made the Unbeaten experience even more profound for our distributors.

Unbeaten is only our second documentary release and there are more to come.

Lisa Molina and the Executive Marketing Council at 2010 Kick Off

Polaris has started off 2010 in a very memorable way with our 2010 Kick Off and Foundation Live events.

To date we have hosted the events in San Francisco on 9-10 January and then on the Gold Coast, Australia on 16-17 January. I’m heading to Prague soon for the final events on 30-31 January.

It’s been great to meet hundreds of our distributors, to see them fully realize the vision and mission of Polaris and be so excited about the products we have just released.

Many of the event attendees had already received their Beyond Freedom Evolution Departure by the time they arrived at the events.

Our second documentary film, Unbeaten, was released at the Foundation Live event in San Francisco. This mission to bring into being inspirational stories of individuals overcoming incredible odds in life has received unqualified support from our distributors.

Our Foundation Live guest speakers Scott Burrows and Oz Sanchez, who is featured in Unbeaten, definitely inspired all the attendees and they received standing ovations.

I know those who attended these events have headed back home with more knowledge and tools to expand your business and take the actions required to move closer to achieving your goals and the life you want.

One of the messages given at Foundation Live and a message I want to reiterate as you head into 2010 – You DO have the power to create this year to be anything you want regardless of whatever barriers you may be facing right now. This is a brand new year and the beginning of a whole new decade. Don’t hold back on your creativity. Just go for it!

Achieving Success – Keeping Your Money and Making it Work for You

A lot of people have made and lost millions. Some don’t seem to mind – it’s their game. But others, having made a few million, would rather keep it. To do that, you need to be financially literate. True, you need a certain amount of financial literacy to simply take on an entrepreneur opportunity and have any chance of achieving success, but to keep that money may require you to boost your financial literacy up a notch.

How does one become financially literate? When I looked at the number of people that have fallen prey to the country’s recent economic woes, it would seem that controlling your finances and making them somewhat predictable is a challenging task. So, I went searching for basic and uncomplicated guidelines that apply to everyone.

There is a lot of advice out there, however, I found a list of basics which, if followed, should help your finances stay under control as you work on achieving success.

It does take a little work, study really, but that’s no different than any other subject you want to master. The info I found was offered on basicallymoney.com in response to a question from a reader: “How does one become “Financially Literate?”

Understanding finances enables you to reap the full rewards of any entrepreneur opportunity. I hope this information helps!
